Did my 1 hour on the elliptical. A friend keeps raving about bikram hot yoga, so I plan to check it out.
When I do, will let you know if it is all that.

Yay! I'm on an evening schedule this week. I'm always dragging my ass the week before Aunt Flo. :P
Since I did all my weight work yesterday, I focused only on cardio today.
50 Minutes of elliptical
20 Minutes of treadmill
Today was another 500 calorie session. :bounce:
But here's the exciting part:
I wasn't really that sweaty and debated about showering or just going home.
I showered anyway.
I had gotten through washing myself off. I had shampooed my hair and added conditioner. I was standing there in the stall dripping wet, waiting for my hair to marinate a little when..
FIRE ALARM!!!
I bolt out of the showers, dripping wet, trailing conditioner after me!! Didn't bother with underwear and put on the long pants I had brought, struggling with fabric against my wet flesh all the while. :P
I somehow managed to put my socks on and step back into my tennis shoes. I grabbed my gym bag and overcoat and out I went with my hair still dripping. One of the employees led us out a back door and then I really smelled fire, and there was smoke coming from the top of the building. This is an older building, It's a YMCA build, I would guess sometime in the 50s or 60s.
So, we walked around to the front of the building and saw all the fire trucks, four of them. Looking back at the entrance, I could see that it was filled with smoke. Someone told me they thought it started in the library, but I also overheard one of the staff complaining about lint in the laundry area.
To top it all off, a panhandler got the last of my pocket change.
I think I need a drink! :P

Wow, 500 calorie workout. If you did that everyday, you would lose 1 pound a week, 52 pounds in a year just from your workout alone. If you include a food plan cutting out excessive fats and carbs, you'll be svelte in no time. Keep up the good work.
