Saturday 02/07/09 - Daily Workout |

Today was such a gorgeous day outside. B-)
I walked around the flea market for about an hour and a half.
Then, at the gym I did cardio, no weights today.
50 minutes Elliptical
20 minutes treadmill
How did you do?

I did my hour on the elliptical machine, but it is so pretty outside I may take a short spin on
my bike.

Saturday is usually jogging but due to leg weights yesterday I was still a little sore this morning, so I took it easy and will run tomorrow.

I walked 3 miles & then worked legs, shoulders & abs. Oh, & I lost another pound. I'm down 9. I'm sleeping better too! No more back ache starting about 5am.
I need to get out this morning before bad weather comes in.
