Thursday, 02/12/2009 - Daily Workout |
|
It's way too nice to be in the gym today. So, since this is a rest day for weights, I'm going to Duke Gardens and walk until I exhaust myself. I want to see how many laps I can do with my about 4 solid months of conditioning now.
1 lap = 1 mile.
It's supposed to be sunny and mid-70s here today, but will chill down over the weekend to mid40s and rainy. I'm going to fully exploit this spring preview we've been having this week.
I'll post back later how far I went. ;-)
How about you?

Too bad I was working out when it was dark, I could have enjoyed nice weather too, except for the wind.

walked to the health food store today - about 1.5 miles one way & uphill all the way back. Need to hit the weight room sometime this afternoon.
So, tell us, what difference do you notice as you go about your days, now that you have 4 months of conditioning under your belt? I love when I reach that point where I feel 'lighter in step' if you know what I mean.
