Getting back into working out is hard. |

Anyone else trying to get back into shape?
I haven't really worked out consistently since last fall. All I've been doing is taking my dog for her 30-60 minute daily walks.
I'm tired of my clothes being too tight and want to get back into it again but it's SO hard now to do what I use to do, especially the weights - lunges, step ups, squats with just 5lb dumb bells have me wobbling and unable to finish even a second set.
I'm doing some core work and just doing as much as I can with weights and then finishing the set without them. And I'm running,trying to anyway and doing some challenging hill hikes every day for an hour too. It feels good to be doing it again but I can't believe how weak I am.
My goal is to lose about 7lbs and get that line going down the sides of my legs and some definition in my abs.
