Another mega cardio day.

60 minutes eliptical 30 minutes treadmill
about 673 calories total. :bounce: :bounce:
My weight is also down two pounds from last week. I'm so thrilled!

I worked out late last night, around 10:30, I'm a night owl.
I did an hour with my little 5lb dumb bells. I did pretty good, kept going from excercise to excercise without resting in between so it was a cardio plus toning work out.
