I just finished an hour long weight/step routine - my legs feel like rubber!

well working out like that will make that happen!

I've been pretty consistant recently but I know what you mean. It's hard sometimes. "Just Do It" comes to mind but easier said than done, right? Reading this forum helps me a lot.

3. Had to take the day off today
I ended up getting fillings redone at the dentist and half of my face was numb all evening. Ugh.
