Just haven't been good about posting.
:blush:
I worked out Tuesday through Thursday. Am going again today.
Tuesday and Today are weight days.
Wednesday and Thursday, I worked on endurance and intensity. I can now do the equivalent of about a 6-7 mile hike at medium intensity.

What a great accomplishment! I'm not even sure where my skinny jeans are, it's been so long! :blush:
I've found some new trails near where I live. One is quite hilly, & I like it alot. One route, which is about 3 miles, has a section of hill that is about a mile long & fairly steep. Hiking up it is a great workout!
