3/23~Happy Spring! Who Worked Out Today?

The weather has been gorgeous! Perfect for running -I usually work out in the evening but it was so pretty out that I went first thing this morning :) I'm going to do some weights and core stuff later.

How about you - Have you worked out yet or are you planning to later?

1. Planning to here in a little bit
woke up with an upset stomach... just wanted to see if it is calm enough first. The worst appears to be over, but I'm sittlng here sipping tea.

3. Update. No gym tody
Feeling crappy from this stomach bug/bad food/whatever this is. Cramps and headache and can't begin to think about food. :P

4. It's suppose to get cold and dreary again here by Wednesday

5. Did an hour on the elliptical.
Then did Billy Blanks AB Bootcamp. Very energetic.
