Tuesday, 03/24/2009 Daily Workout |

Back to the gym today after an unfortunate bout of food poisoning yesterday. Owww! :hurts:
Felt pretty good today, but didn't really feel like eating until after my workout. Then, I was suddenly ravenous!
Here's what I did today:
Upper and lower body weights
50 minutes elliptical
20 minutes treadmill

I did hill intervals last night. There's this great area on the trails with two hills opposite one another and a creek in the center. It's a perfect set up-I get such a great work out there. I love it!!
