I did my standard week this week
Monday: Upper and lower body weights 50 minutes elliptical 20 minutes treadmill
Tuesday: 1 hour elliptical 30 minutes treadmill
Wednesday: 1 hour elliptical 30 minutes treadmill
Thursday: Upper and lower body weights 50 minutes elliptical 20 minutes treadmill
This was the first time in a while I went straight through for 4 days. Usually I take a break somewhere in there. But Man, it's Friday, and I'm tired! :D
The strength-training is really helping. Overall, I'm down 17.5 lbs from where I started. :-) So, happy about that.

Though I made it in Tuesday-Friday. Walked Saturday and since it was so nice I was out and about later, which involved more walking. Boy do my calves hurt! I was going to do cardio today but that would just make the calves worse (except the bike, but the seats are too uncomfortable to stay on for more than 20 minutes). I have a pilates video I borrowed from a coworker that I might do later.
It's great that the lifting is helping with weight loss. I become muscular very easily so my size doesn't change with lifting though I get a little heavier I guess due to the muscle. I guess I'm just naturally butch (I've had elevated testosterone levels as well which probably helps). :)
