Why do my feet get (painfully) tingly on the stairmaster or elliptical machine? |
|
Drives me nuts! I like those machines because they are gentle on my knees and I can get a good cardio workout, but after a few minutes the circulation in my feet gets impaired and it's really uncomfortable. I've tried tying my shoes loser, tighter, and shifting the position of my feet but it's not working. Any suggestions?

I assume that it's the pressure of the foot and the tied shoe cutting off circulation.

2. I have this problem on my recumbent bicycle. |

I can go about 15 minutes before my outer toes become tingly. Then I have to walk around for a minute or so to get the blood flowing to my feet again.
I'm sorry I have no suggestions. Is there a trainer on staff that you can ask about this?
