Tuesday, 06/02/2009 Daily Workout |

Whew! It's so hot outside. Upper 80s to 90 today, one of the hottest yet this year.
Today was upper and lower body weights and a HIIT session.
And I got home in time to feed the kittlets their lunch. :woohoo:

have upped the workouts in the style of the P90X system.
Tuesday--core workout (15 mins), windsprint intervals on the treadmill (6 laps), 2 long, 1 short
Wednesday--stretching, upper body, distance run on the treadmill (11 laps)
I'm tired! Going back to work to get some rest. :boring:
