I stuck to my workout plan for all of June! That's a record for me and I feel pretty good.
My basic plan was to walk at least 40-60min, 5 days a week. I have been good to go for July so far, except for today because I'm feeling under the weather and I slept for shit last night. But tomorrow, I'll walk for at least an hour.
