I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and some stretching.
Since I haven't worked out in a while, my goal this week is just to make it to the gym every day, and to be in motion for 30 minutes, and then to stretch afterwards.
I hope to be back to jogging by the end of the month.
I'm even considering a few training sessions w/ a trainer to help me w/ my "problem areas" (damned thighs!).

Your goal is to make it to the gym every day? Not even a day off? You go! :D
I think today's my day off. I might squeeze in some elliptical time tonight, but don't think I'll have time.

My gym is at work, a full 45 miles from my house.
So the goal is to go to the gym every morning before work and to take the weekends off.
Between groceries and household chores, I get exercise on the weekend.
