Made it to the gym for the second time this week.
:woohoo:
I did 30 minutes on the elliptical at a moderate intensity and did another 15 minutes of arm work with light free weights.
How did you do?

Some shoulder and core. Wanted to do a bit of cardio - anything cardio - but every single solitary piece of equipment was in use. I swear I saw two people on one treadmill. 'Tis the season for new year's resolutions, I guess, and the gym is packed like a sweaty, brightly lit night club.
