Exercise Check in! 11/19/10

I tried to get to the gym today, but I could not find a place to park. Major annoyance.

Happy circumstance because I decided to go over the Duke East Campus and walk the circumference trail around campus. It's a beautiful day here, 65 degrees and sunny, sunny B-)

So, I walked about a mile and a 1/2 today.

1. I didn't punch anybody.

I may have hit someone with a blackjack and put their unconscious form in a dumpster. But I punched no one.

I need a plan B. Gym's way too crowded lately.
