Today I complete the San Marcos Fitness Roundup - Double Peak Challenge. It was an 11k (6.835 miles) and I completed the run in 80 minutes!! I couldn't believe the run, as prior to this my max was 3 miles... I highly suggest signing up for runs in your community to keep the drive to exercise each and every day. It helps me, at least :)

It was such a great experience. At about mile 4 or 5, I started to feel like I wasn't going to be able to keep running, but somehow, something in me gave me the drive to keep pushing. It was incredible.
My sister, which started training for this one week before the race, still did good at 95 minutes. I was darned proud of her! :)
