It's been forever.
But it dawned on me that working out made a big difference (a positive difference) in a lot of ways.
So...
35 minutes on the elliptical free weights and machines for an upper-body weight workout
and a really good stretch.

I'm stuck at the moment because they closed down my tumble-down YMCA branch for renovations. :-(
It's harder to get to another location further into town now. :-(
