Well after two horrific months |

first my back put me well, literally on my back... and then I got a bad case of gastroenteritis... I went back to exercise. Now to be honest, I knew I'd have to do this... and also knew I'd lose quite a bit of my base fitness level. So the first day I got on the machine I managed four minutes on the Elliptical. Yep, I lost almost all my fitness level.
Knowing a little about training I did not push this. Why? Easy does it.
So after two weeks I a up to the minimum standard of ten minutes.
Point is, if you have to stop, for whatever reason... don't think you can do this like you did. Start easy... ease yourself back into it. Now I need to do them exercises to strengthen both back and knees...
This is the way it is. First day actually that I finally break a sweat...
Just don't despair and just go back to it.
