4/2: Not the conventional "work-out".... what about you? |
|
My workout today will consist of spring cleaning the kitchen and dining room. Probably not as aerobic as my usual work-out, but certainly much longer in duration.
What are you going to do for exercise today?

1. I biked around my hilly neighborhood this time. |
|
Limited myself to five miles to compensate for the more difficult route. I'm very pleased with myself since last weekend, I was quite discouraged biking the same route. Hard to believe I've improved that much in a week -- I think some of it is mental attitude. I gained confidence and experience shifting on the bike trail and applied that to my neighborhood route. It's nice to know I don't have to travel in order to bike!

2. Mine had an unconventional surprise. |

My gym is getting new carpet!! :D The existing carpet is old and pretty disgusting. I'm pretty sure it's had the same carpet since about 1492. But we got there today and saw it all rolled up in a big dumpster!! Life is good.
Other than that, boring old Shoulder day...
