Are the Clintons calling in their last-minute favors from Terry? |
|
Edited on Thu Feb-10-05 11:32 PM by Dickie Flatt
Yesterday, Hillary Clinton used the DNC mailing list to promote her campaign committee web site.
Today, Bill Clinton used the DNC mailing list to promote his charitable organization.
Why are the Clintons given special access to the DNC mailing list? Are other Democratic legislators and leaders allowed to use the DNC mailing list to promote their pet projects and campaign committees? If not, why do the Clintons get special access?

Can you tell me why your subject heading was so nasty and sneering?
Are you that afraid Feingold won't be able to keep up?

4. It's a simple question |
|
and not meant to be nasty and sneering. Remember, Terry is Clinton's man, and his time is up this weekend.

3. Good question! But what happened |

yesterday was a first for Hillary (at least in my experience), supporting a voting rights bill or petition. Someone needs to make this issue a real priority and whoever is capable and can get something done, I'm in!
Edited to add: Bill's charitable organization? You wouldn't be talking about tsunami aid, would you? And you have a problem with that, or any other charitable organizations?
It's "who you know". The Clintons know a lot of people and to my mind, I wish the current blivet & co. were more like them.

5. It's definitely a good idea |

But why is the message signed, written, and sent by Hillary, with a link to her campaign committee web site? Obviously this is a bill we should support; if the Party thinks we should support it, why doesn't the DNC run the petition? They've done it before.

6. I wondered that exact same thing yesterday |

Why was the Friends of Hillary email sent to me via DNC? John Kerry's emails aren't affiliated with the DNC - what makes her special?

7. Sure, the DNC has been in the Clinton's pocket for several years. |
|
McAuliffe was their guy and things are about to change.
Kind of a 'last hurrah' for them via the DNC, imo.
