Where are the Democrats on Social Security? |
|
Edited on Wed Feb-16-05 03:50 PM by indianablue
Correct me if I am wrong but I do not see a very strong rebuttal to Bush's Social Security Plan. Bush has crossed 9 states talking his plan up but I hear little Democratic Rebuttal or at least on the main stream media.
This is ground ZERO for the Democrats if they lose this battle or do not put forth a 100 % effort in trying to defeat this plan then the party might as well dissolve.
Social Security is the Hallmark of the Democratic Party it boggles my mind that they are not speaking out enough.
I ma not saying they should just ran ton and on but they should have people in every state doing a rebuttal to Bush's claims.
If any Democrats vote in favor of the Bush plan they should be forced out of the party.
***I am sure this an old rant by now but had to say it myself ***

Dems - but what else is new in our unbiased media world
The ABCNote laughed at this fact today - saying the Dems are not heard by the Nat'l Media - despite trying very hard to be heard.
