via the Monday’s 1/23/06 NBC's "Today Show" appearance by White House counselor Dan Bartlett, as he deflected a question about a critical legal analysis by the non-partisan Congressional Research Service, that "such a perspective should be expected" because it is in another branch of government?

Will the media really not comment on this - as in a negative comment that notes Bartlett has in effect said that Bush is at war with Congress and laws do not matter?
