I don't hear much about Sen. Biden here, but he is an impressive speaker. Spoke about India and China Fri. and had very informed opinions about immigration and energy policy's. The most refreshing part of it all was his admission that he did not have all the answers, but had many good ideas. Even if he doesn't run for president he is still an asset to the party.

debate him on foreign policy. Even stodgy old Dick Lugar admires his range and depth.
Had Kerry-Edwards been (officially) elected, there was buzz that Biden would be Secretary of State.
