I keep hearing from the pundits that voters are "put off" by infighting by the Democratic candidates. I have to say that I wholeheartedly disagree. I don't want to see nastiness but I need to know that the nominee will be able to stand up to the Republican onslaught that will be coming down the road. Neither Gore (funny math) nor Kerry (swiftboat) were able to appear strong to a majority or plurality of the general voting population (the indys and undecided) when they were attacked. This is an essential component to a strong general election candidate.

2. I think seeing a debate like tonight's shows more of the person "under" the |
|
candidate. I think the audience responded well to that. Really shows them under pressure.

3. Yes, and I sure don't see one of them calling the other "too old" via Chuck Norris. |

I really liked how Sen. Clinton said, "We're just getting warmed up!" as Leslie tried to gain control.
Boy, they had him tamed!

But it was a little out of control. Made CNN look unorganized. The Health Care Mandate issue was not given enough time IMO.

6. I prefer one candidate over the other. |
|
BUT I do believe both are able to stand up against the conservatives in the general.

I'm a registered Republican. i consider myself a moderate. I feel I could vote for Obama BUT I would not ever consider voting for Clinton. She is too devisive.
