Cork is Ireland's largest county and the richest in megaliths. A month might not be enough to see all the worthwhile monuments, so this is inevitably a somewhat arbitrary selection.
One of the things that I loved about Ireland was the lack of commercialization around the megaliths. One of the most photographed dolmans in the Burren barely had a place for the tour buses to park; no parking lot, no souvenir stand...just the field and the dolman and the limestone of the Burren!
