From the trailer, am I to understand that next year's Spiderman movie... |
|
will actually involved that colossally stupid "his parents were spies" plotline?
After the crap with the clones and the Mephisto-reboot, I'd have to say that the Spy-Parents story arc is close to the worst chapter in the Spiderman story.
YMMV, I suppose...

with the upcoming Spiderman, but the Avengers movie looks like its going to be great. I'm also looking forward to the next Batman, and Man of Steel. Hopefully DC can salvage the Green Lantern with a sequel. GL was very underwhelming to me, although it showed a lot of promise via the trailers. I still think Reynolds was a miscast for Jordan.

4. I would have loved it if they would have paired GL with Green Arrow |
|
and had them go out and search for AMerica with Black Canary.
When you come right down to it, Green Lantern is really kind of boring, what with his ability to do pretty much anything...
The Spider-man on the cover of Entertainment Weekly looks like a reject from the Twilight Series...
Yea, Toby McGuire was the perfect blend of nerd and unwitting hero. He was the perfect choice and this kid looks just like all the new "actors" that are more about hair style than acting ability...
I'm looking forward to the new Superman and the last Batman.
