| Greetings! I just found this group and I would like to say, "thanks Mom". |
|
I am 54 and my comic book collecting hay days were in the late 50s and early 60s. I definitely remember buying the very first Spiderman comic book. Somewhere along the line, probably when I was in my college and not paying attention to my collection anymore, it disappeared and I am pretty sure I know who is responsible. But back then, just like my old 45 records, I bought comics to actually read and not to put into plastic bags for posterity. I have the feeling my old comic books went to the same place as my old baseball cards. I bet I am not alone.
