told court he hadn't received earlier notice. Judge reaffirmed schedule she set, so next hearing mid-Nov, and alimony hrg date/status will be determined then.

My next court date is for early December. I will once again be driving the 850 miles. Just hope the weather is good and I can actually make the drive.

Meanwhile each month I get some totally random sum of money as support payment.

Mid-Dec is alimony hearing, as it stands at the moment; I'm getting nothing now. He's lied and said I don't need anything! Wonder whether judge will address that b.s. in Nov.
