Some good news!

My dear attorney and I and 'stranged husb showed at scheduling conference today, and after concluding that there was no earlier time than March for alimony hearing, 'we' agreed he'll give me 700/month 'temp' alimony, beginning Dec. 1, until next hearing. They were about to just set the March date when I told Joel my lawyer that that wouldn't do, there are things I can't do that I really want to/must do, like visit my 96-year old father (and buy holiday gifts for daughters! The OLDER one will be 25 on 22 Jan.) Breathing a bit easier now.
