One of the more noxious practices of the Chimp is the recess appointment. One way way to keep him from inserting his cronies is to keep congress in permanent session. Even if it means keeping a cadre of Democrats jacking their jaws 24/7 Christmas and New year, congress must remain in minimal session from the time of its capture until the Chimp is gone. How many representatives are necessary to consider Congress "in session?"
