It's interesting, but I don't see the language as used by most people moving in that direction.
It may be that some people would more readily express themselves in that way. And certainly anyone who uses E-Prime will be readily understood by all who use "normal" English, but that can also be said of almost any idiosyncratic way of expression.
(I'm thinking here of my Aspie son who can say things more succinctly than anyone else I've ever known. He sets records and standards for succinctness.)
