Better late than never, I guess...
Anyway, I looked around a little and couldn't find anybody making a replacement for these. I assume it's cracked from the sun, etc.?
I know some upholstery shops will repair this kind of thing.
Other than that, your best bet is probably eBay.
Or a "Pick-Your-Part" type junkyard. We have several of those around Los Angeles. You pay an admission fee, take your own tools, and remove the parts yourself. They charge you for the parts, but a lot less than you'd pay from Ye Olde Classique Car Parts Guy.
If you do this, take your time. There's a lot of wiring, ducting and other strange stuff under a dashboard. I used to have a 68 Pontiac GTO, which used a one-year-only dashboard, and I pulled a couple out of other junked cars for spares.
