Excruciatingly slow loads and half the time comments won't load! Almost impossible to get the main Blogger.com page to load to log in. It seems like they go through this every few months and then after everybody complains for a month they throw more servers at the problem which makes it go away for another few months. Why oh why can't Google lend out a couple of their PhDs and see if they can't come up with a better blogging platform? I mean, they own Blogger, right?
On edit: Even though I run my own server and power Neural Gourmet with Drupal, there's so many blogs out there powered by Blogger that it puts a cramp in the entire blogosphere. FWIW I lurve Drupal (you can even power multiple sites off one Drupal installation), and OpenSourceHosting is the best (and cheap!). Ask Brainshrub about OpenSourceHosting.
On edit again: Drupal is not for everybody. Power breeds complexity and Drupal offers great power. You might not want to deal with the complexity, although James Seng is packaging a Drupal For Bloggers version of Drupal.
