Great Native American History documentary

I just finished watching 500 Nations hosted by Kevin Costner and all I can say is: If you haven't already seen it.....its a must watch!

This is by far the best documentary I've ever seen covering the history of Native American people. Its four DVDs and six hours long and I can't highly recommend it enough.

500 Nations is a good documentary. My husband and I watched it and we both agreed it was a good investment. You might also check out the Into the West series. It is a good historical fiction. Although some aspects of the series is a little whitewashed, it shows a pretty accurate representation of many of the struggles of colonization.

2. I watched one segment on it in a class

the Enrique's Rebellion stuff and De Soto etc. It was awesome, no doubt. Sadly the Tucson Library doesn't have it otherwise I would have gotten it from them months ago.
