Is BTK the Zodiac as well??

First Zodiac killing was in '68 in California, that would make BTK approx. 22 yrs. old. Was BTK in the military in California?

Just a thought, I'm sure it's been discussed even prior to the capture of BTK, but if BTK was in the military in California I think it could be possible. Or maybe he was in California and heard about it and copy catted.

I think Bader graduated from high school in 1964. I don't remember the last killing attributed to the Zodiac, but I know they heard from him in 1974. I think the first of the BTK killings were in 1974. Yes?

These two murders seemed a dry run for the ones to follow.

I don't think the signatures match. I think the BTK killer "needed" to tie his victims up and have prolonged interactions with them. He got off on having control over them. The Zodiac, on the other hand, made his interactions shorter and less personal; he didn't seem to be as obsessed with control and with the killer-victim interaction.

There seemed, however, to be NO sexual activity between the Z and his victims; there is with BTK and his victims.

Would Z change his MO so much in Kansas?
