German tabloid Bild says the killer is acting with "scary speed".
It quotes British experts who say the "Suffolk Ripper" is already faster than the "legendary" Jack the Ripper as well as Peter Sutcliffe, who took six years to kill the first five of his 13 victims.
Worried locals are asking themselves who will be next, the papers says.
