1. Detective Bob Keppel

one of the main detectives on The Bundy and GRK cases. Now considered one of the top experts on serial murder. Wrote the book "Riverman" which this is based on.

He was the detective from Washington State who was detailed to get Bundy';s final info before he was executed.
