...we're all being played for fools by the Repugs.

Yep, the :tinfoilhat: contingent on DU is alive and well. They're convinced Scotty's book sounds too well written to be his, and are skeptical that he supposedly let the White House see the manuscript beforehand and, at the time, they did nothing.

Their conclusion: It's a plant. Some Repug operative wrote it as a piece of chum for Keith and the rest of us to pounce upon, thinking it was real. Their goal: to reveal later that it was a fake and make us all look like idiots.

And his book isn't even officially OUT yet.
