For a man with ego to burn...
Keith's announcement, with Rachel, of her new show, was so generous of spirit and full of warm regard for her talent, that I just wanted to hug both of them.

2. I think Keith is genuinely happy for Rachel.
And I absolutely believe he had a LOT to do with her getting her own show.

It's obvious, watching them together, that they really like each other, and respect each other.
