I have to laugh, because "guttersnipe" is one of Billo the Clown's favorite pejoratives to use against Keith. The other day, when ranting about the supposed fixed-TV-ratings scandal, he said of MSNBC, "last night I beat their guttersnipe at 8."
Here's the Merriam-Webster definition of "guttersnipe":
1 : a homeless vagabond and especially an outcast boy or girl in the streets of a city
2 : a person of the lowest moral or economic stationWell, I think we all know that Billo really wants definition 2, although nothing could be more ironic, given that he's, well, Billo. But attaching the primary definition to Keith, well, that's just plain hilarious.
Given that Keith is a grown man who lives in Trump Palace, the idea of him as a homeless vagabond wandering the streets of New York is flat-out comical. (But, of course, if he were, I'd be more than happy to take him in.)
You know, of course, who else was routinely called a "guttersnipe": Eliza Doolittle.

And we all know how she ended up.
Sometimes Billo is funny in the words he uses. Heh heh.
