It suddenly came back to me like a bolt from the blue, where "Victor"'s photo is from:

I remember reading a story some time ago--actually, I think Keith mentioned it in his old Bloggermann blog, maybe, years ago--that he used to live in a house (I believe it was the Connecticut house he lived in while at ESPN) with a full wall in the dining room covered with a wall mural of the Mona Lisa.

"Victor" most have been the one who painted that mural, and then had his picture taken with Keith in Keith's dining room in front of it.

THAT's what that is all about. Keith commissioned the Mona Lisa mural for his dining room from Victor, then posed with him in front of it when it was done. Voila!
