KO will be off for a Colonoscopy - Just a precaution after his Dad's illness
Edited on Wed Apr-21-10 05:39 PM by RamboLiberal
This came up on TVNewser on Deutch being yanked for lumping KO in with the Haters.

More, More: Olbermann responds about his involvement: "What I know of what happened is this: Phil Griffin phoned me yesterday enraged at what was on that show and I didn't disagree with him." Olbermann himself will be off his show for the next two days. "Colonoscopy, nothing wrong, just a new fact of life after my late Dad's issues," he tells TVNewser.

1. Yeah, Keith is not happy about Brian Stelter's article on this at all.
It appears Deustch gave Keith the same old "Limbaugh of the Left" treatment he's gotten from some other ignoramuses. This is also probably what Mika Brzezinski and Joey Scarface were all het up about in their argument with Joan Walsh yesterday. They're making out like they WANT to say Keith is as bad as Limbaugh, Hannity, O'Reilly and Beck, that there is no difference--but aww, they can't, because if they do they will get slapped down for not being MSNBC team players, like they did before!!!!

That attitude is disgusting.

2. I like how the article says
this shows there can be no criticism of MSNBC on MSNBC and points to FOX and CNN's "media criticism programs" as proof. I'd bet a dollar that FOX's media criticism show never criticizes FOX. But that's just a hunch. BTW, I've heard Chris Matthews criticize the media and say "we" a bunch of times.

It's funny to see people who seem to think Keith is somehow the Frank Sinatra character over there. As if he can decide who lives and who dies if they somehow "offend" him. What a small world view that is.

As for Deutch, his loyalties are not to MSNBC, they are to his company. He knew exactly what he was doing, he's in the marketing and advertising business. Why do you think the week was called "America the Angry"? It's catchy, isn't it? I also don't think he's gone because he said Keith is angry -- we all know Keith gets angry. I think it's because he didn't even try to refute Hewitt's name-calling and pretended he was Switzerland.

I will miss you, KO. But I'll be here anyway.

3. If Keith's off the next two days,
that means the fast/cleansing is on for tonight. Buck up, Keith, and take care.

:hi: Hi everyone - I've been busy, um, "dating." :7
