Hot or Cold on a pitched nerve?
I went to an acupuncturist and I think she got me..I have had a head ache and pain in the left side of my neck since then....any suggestions?

:shrug: it is against the rules of this forum to give medical advise of this sort.

2. WHERE did I ask about Acupuncture?
I asked if I should use HOT or COLD compresses on a pitched nerve.

4. I'd suggest cold to numb the area
I'd also suggest consulting a physician if the pain lasts longer than a week or if you're experiencing any loss of function right now.

It could be a pinched nerve or not; the wrong advice could lead to permanent damage! Seek the advice of a professional who can evaluate your symptoms ASAP.
