one of my most annoying fibro symptoms is having sore feet all the time, even first thing in the morning. so hard to get the day off to a good start when i hobble out of bed on feet that feel like they are going burst. anybody have any tips on dealing with sore feet? do those water foot massage thingos work?

first get up in the morning is normal. The soreness goes away after you walk around a little, right? Some people have found relief with prescription orthotics in their shoes, but the cure is to get a somewhat more sedentary job.
I always thought that 10 minutes of pain in the morning was an OK price to pay to stay active and do a job I loved, but oh, that first step out of bed was a stinker.

I absolutely agree with you though. Waking up, and not wanting to put your feet on the floor because of the pain totally pushes the entire day into a downward spin. :hug:
