muscle fatigue/soreness
sleep disruption
Nothing to really intefere with life, but maybe keep me at 80% of function.

You're describing fibro pretty accurately. A rheumatologist will confirm the presence of trigger points and will also do tests to make sure it's not a comorbidity with a more serious illness, something that is often the case.
The symptoms are on a continuum. What you are describing was me 30 years ago, before they knew it was a real disease or how to treat it. They know how to treat it now, although those treatments are in their infancy.
