Well we have a place near by that sells frozen yogurt

and every so often when hubby comes home from work we ahem indulge.

I usually have an ounce best case, but today I got close to three ounces... and a little chocolate, they had a "candy cane" one that I just happen to love. Nice and refreshing.

Well that meant that at nine thirty off to the machine I go. Yes I can indulge but due to that pesky diabetes ... well I got my elliptical... which is good... but right now I am all hyper after the exercise. Oh well.
