I took my before-dinner blood test and it was 200 even...not good. Why is this happening now??? I am barely able to function.

i know i am beginning to sound like a broken record. but sleep is so freakin important. i still cannot believe how much pain i was in, and how much better i feel now that i have straightened out my sleep. i have very little pain, much more energy and strength. a friend who is diabetic said there was a study that showed the sleep deprived diabetics are much more likely to become insulin resistant. good sleep hygiene can help almost everyone at least sleep better.

Job and personal stress drive my numbers right through the roof, so relax if you can. Depression is also a factor. It's a fight everyday to try to stay normal; hang in there and get it below 200.
