I have an acquaintance who is 'melting'; she
has just about vanished. I know she's anorexic, and I'm worried. Does anyone know of anything about this? I'm not close to this gal, but she's shrinking.

1. try the mental health forum
there are a couple of theads about eating disorders, iirc.
my experience, tho, is it is very, very hard to help people get help with mental illness. and this is a very tough nut to crack.
