I mean the NL West is just plain terrible. The Dodgers can win, but who is going to pitch and win games outside the division. I like the offense, but the pitching, well I'm not sold on it. I think the Rockies will surprise people. I'm probably the only person who thinks getting rid of Holiday was a good move. Huston Street is going to be a great closer and Greg Smith is one of the best young lefties. Plus Ian Stewart is a Dodger killer, and he plays full time now. The Rockies will compete with teh Dodgers this year. The rest of the division, not so much.

Personally, I'd trade Pierre, DeWitt, and Abreu for a starter. I'm confident that Billingsly will pull his weight. Wolf probably will too. I'm keeping my fingers crossed behind my back about Schmitt, and hope Kershaw steps up.
All in all, it will be nice if the Dodger pitchers can stand on the mound with a lead, something which isn't a regular occurance like I'd hope it to be.
